Health Benefits of a Low Carb Life

I could create an entire website on this topic alone. However, I truly don't have the time, at least not this year.

I will just tell you some of the many benefits I've seen happen every day in my job (mostly to people who just wanted to lose a few pounds). Some of these I fully expected and was grinning to myself in anticipation of people discovering it for themselves. Others came as a total, and pleasant surprise.




After a few weeks on a low-carb and high- fat way of eating many people have reported the following:

weight loss (of course)

lower blood pressure

sleep apnea gets "cured"
- general improvement in sleep overall

erectile dysfunction goes away


greater sexual desire

hormonal imbalances improve


seizures
have stopped or dropped dramatically

and end to ongoing yeast infections, bladder infections, sinus infections, mouth sores, gum disease

better digestion (no more acid reflux, constipation, diarrhea, bloating, gas, cramps, IBS, crones and colitis clearing up)

the disappearance of "arthritis" and various aches and pains

headaches ending

better memory, more mental "focus"

vast improvement in ADHD, ADD, autism, etc


improvement in schizophrenia
issues

vast improvement in Alzheimer and dementia symptoms


better energy, the end to hyperglycemia

better adrenal function, better thyroid function

less stress

the reversal of diabetes and blood sugar problems (medications no longer required)

skin rashes disappearing, acne clearing up

food allergies and sensitivities gone

better circulation

improvement in financial standing - it's cheaper to buy "real food" than packaged stuff
