Low Carb Smoothies and Shakes
Morning Smoothies (great for desert too) These are the items I tend to use in low carb, high fat vegetarian smoothies (some people call them protein smoothies).
I don't use all of them every day of course, and I don’t have smoothies every day either, but I like to mix things up and enjoy the different flavors.
Sometimes for a change I use one or two of the following, but remember to keep your carb count down to a total under 10 for the entire mix:
Blend these and enjoy a milkshake like texture (from the oils). I've never minded having a chocolate milkshake for breakfast - that lets me lose weight and have high energy all day. :D
